In 2004 my wife bought me the book “Wild at Heart”, but not being such an avid reader as she is, I “shelved” it for a while. When I eventually opened my gift, I could not put it down again. As with so many adventures God takes us on, little did I know the life changing journey that was about to unfold, when I eventually read the last chapter in 2007...Chapter twelve ends the book with this short line: “Now, reader, it is your turn to write----venture forth with God. Remember, don’t ask yourself what the world needs...” “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”  - Howard Thurman.

 

My heart yearned for that answer - what would make me come alive, and so by God’s divine plan, I found that the author of my book, John Eldredge also founded a ministry, now called “Wild at Heart” (https://wildatheart.org/) that hosted “Boot Camps” based on his book “Wild at Heart” in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. A year later I flew halfway around the world to attend my first “Boot Camp”.

 

Our Mission is clear, we host “Boot Camps” based om John Eldredge book “Wild at Heart” as I attended in the Rocky’s in 2008, a 4 day adventure, equipping men to find freedom and restoring their true masculine heart again through a real encounter with God.
